Academy Administration Courses
Based on the Disney model the Office Administrator Programme provides front line administrators with the skills, knowledge and resources to assist the office team to deliver quality service to exceed customer expectations.
The Systems Support Programme provides business owners, managers and administrators with an understanding of all Harcourts systems and resources along with the knowledge and ability to implement and manage them in a Harcourts office. On completion of the programme each new office will receive four comprehensive manuals that document the current Harcourts systems and resources.
