This programme offers individuals with high potential the very best start in real estate. Cadets learn to be the best by learning from the best. Upon acceptance, the hand-picked cadets are supervised and supported with one on one coaching and mentoring by a member of Harcourts Exclusive Future Leaders Programme.

Overseen by a Cadetship Programme Coordinator, cadets are introduced to our company culture and ‘The Harcourts Way’ of achieving success in real estate. Our unique 2 year programme includes such elements as comprehensive sales, business, technology, communication and auction training, and relationship building. This in-depth training and education programme is widely regarded as setting the industry benchmark.

Programme Structure

• A specially-designed 2 year programme involving coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training and classroom activity.
• Cadets will have a minimum 12 month non-selling period.
• Cadets meet bi-annually for a two day professional and personal development retreat, with 1 overnight stay. They will hear guest speakers and be involved in specific ‘add-on’ activities such as skill enhancement and team/relationship building.
• Cadets are actively encouraged to undertake additional study to obtain higher qualifications.
• The Harcourts Cadetship Programme will have its own recognition programme, including a private function and award.
