Sales Programme

Provides both new and experienced Sales Consultants with proven prospecting, listing, sales and self-management methods. A total of seven days classroom training. Presented in all the main Academy training centres throughout Australasia by the Academy's team of specialist trainers.

Management Programme

Empowers our high achievers to take their operations to new levels. Includes applied topics such as leadership, motivation, business strategy and structure, succession planning, coaching and training, marketing systems and technology. Offered throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Property Management Programme

Provides for new managers and support staff to be trained in Harcourts best practice to ensure compliance, maximum productivity and optimum customer service.

National Industry Qualification Pathways

In New Zealand, through the unique Harcourts Academy / REAL ITO collaboration, participants complete their National Certificate in Real Estate and National Certificate RE Branch Manager as they work to achieve their National Diploma in Real Estate necessary and become a licensee.

In Australia, through the Harcourts Academy, Kaplan Professional association, participants complete the units to achieve Certificate IV required to apply for a full real estate licence and can choose to work toward a Diploma of Business in Real Estate Management.
