Overseen by a Future Leaders Coordinator, this professional development scheme allows our Sales Consultants to take full advantage of our specially designed Harcourts Academy coaching, mentoring, training and higher qualification programmes. This programme offers a unique personal and professional challenge: to understand what it takes to deliver top performance.

Target Group For Harcourts sales people with over 12 months in Real Estate who have a desire to have a management / leadership role.

Programme structure

• A 2-year programme of activity including management training, coaching and mentoring.
• In the first year, Future Leaders learn the Harcourts way of Leadership.
• In the second year they obtain industry qualifications and identify management role opportunities.
• Future Leaders attend a two day retreat twice a year where they will be involved in leadership development and personal development activities.
• There will be opportunities to engage in one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions each quarter with the Future Leaders' Coordinator.
• Harcourts Future Leaders will have their own internal recognition programme, including a separate function at the Annual Harcourts Conference.
