
Irene Green
Head of Academy

Irene has been an integral part of Harcourts for over 15 years.
From developing the systems and programmes for inducting and
coaching new consultants to delivering Sales, Management and
Specialist Field training programmes. Irene was hugely involved
in developing and writing THW and is a frequent speaker at
conferences. The driving force behind the RTO in Australia, with
a diploma in teaching and qualifications in advanced presentation
skills, communication and leadership, Irene takes responsibility
for the vision, strategic progress and ongoing development of
Harcourts academy throughout Australasia.

Tim Butler
Online Learning Manager

Tim joined Harcourts in March 2008, having worked in the
Information Technology industry for over seven years as a
Multimedia Developer then Interaction Designer and has given Tim
extensive experience in utilising technology to successfully
deliver information and knowledge. His short stint as a computer
game designer helps him make it fun. Tim holds a Bachelor of
Multimedia from Griffith University and strongly believes that
technology is only useful if it makes people's lives better or
easier. As the Academy's online learning manager, Tim is responsible
for the design, development and maintenance of all academy online systems.

Jared Merrell
Academy Systems Manager

Jared joined Harcourts in April 2008 as the Academy Systems
Manager. Jared is responsible for developing and maintaining
Harcourts Academy Systems with accompanying information and
documents as well as providing Team Harcourts with effective human
resources and recruitment procedures and resources. Jared has more
than six years experience working in the legal services industry
for one of Australasia's largest court recording, transcription and
evidence technology companies. Jared has extensive experience
managing staff within a large organisation and ensuring that the
organisation is functioning to its optimum capacity by documenting
and implementing best practice procedures. Jared has completed a
Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree with Griffith University and
believes that supporting staff through accurate, up-to-date,
accessible information is essential to a company's success.

Jacqui Wright
Academy Administration
Manager - New Zealand

Previously in the role of New Zealand Academy Support Jacqui has
recently taken on the international role as Academy Administrative
Manager New Zealand. Jacqui is responsible for the induction of new
Academy support personnel in New Zealand and maintaining strong
communication with all Academy administrators throughout the
regions of New Zealand to provide support, guide new resource roll
out and ensure each region is operating consistent, professional
Academy administrative practice. Jacqui has also been appointed
Executive Assistant to Harcourts Executive Director, Paul Wright in
addition to her role as Executive Assistant to Harcourts General
Manager, Gilbert Enoka.

Julia Eyles
Academy Administrative Manager Australia,
EA to Harcourts Managing Director
|
Based in the Queensland State office, Julia is responsible for the induction of new Academy support personnel and maintaining strong communication with all Academy administrators throughout the regions of Australia. She provides support and guides new resource roll out to ensure Academy administrative practice is operating in a consistent and professional manner in each region. Julia also provides administrative support for the Head of the Academy and is responsible for organising the Academy team events.
After completing her Bachelor Degree in Business, Julia gained a wealth of knowledge from her various positions within the mortgage finance industry, in both California and Queensland, joining Harcourts Financial Services (now Mortgage Express) in 1998. Julia holds her Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking) and is a Full Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
Julia joined the Harcourts Academy in August 2011, and the invaluable experience gained from her roles as an IRS Tax Collector, mortgage loan processor, mortgage broker, Administrator and Business Development Manager has contributed to her proven skills in communication and team work. |

Mitch Green
Human Resources Support

With a background in customer service and a degree in psychology, Mitch takes responsibility for Harcourts HR policies and tools for the team.
The currency and growth of our intellectual property within the Harcourts resource library is a key focus for Mitch, this includes the job descriptions, process and associated resources for every role within Team Harcourts from Sales through to Corporate.
Based in Brisbane, Mitch employs his advanced qualifications in counselling to consult with our people then communicate and implement Harcourts HR systems and services to the wider Harcourts team.
With a passion for people and a desire to excel Mitch is a valued member of the Harcourts family. |

Ailsa Dawson
Harcourts Academy Trainer

Following a successful career in IT and cartography, Ailsa Dawson
joined Harcourts in real estate sales which was the start of four
outstanding years. In her first year she was nominated for the
annual Dominion Post Real Estate Awards in the 'Rookie' category
and achieved a number of Harcourts awards which she attributed to
using Harcourts' proven systems. Having completed the Harcourts
Sales Development Programme for sales consultants when she first
joined the industry, Ailsa quickly developed a career goal to
become a professional real estate trainer to play a part in
helping people excel in achieving their professional and personal
goals using Harcourts' systems and tools. Based in Wellington,
Ailsa manages the training programmes for the lower North Island.

Jan Myburgh
Operations and Learning Manager Harcourts Africa |
Heading up the Human resource development division and Academy for Harcourts Africa, Jan Myburgh has a vision for an integrated approach to developing Real Estate consultants and business owners. Believing that training provides the foundation for coaching and mentoring and that measureable accountability to daily business actions, is the way to deliver five star client service and grow market share at the same time. Jan has successfully marketed and sold real estate since 2001 as a consultant.
Due to a passion for developing and mentoring people, his career progressed to managing real estate businesses and presenting training for Real Estate consultants countrywide for a number of years. He was awarded the regional and national manager of the year award for 2006 for the largest real estate group in South Africa and acted as an online training facilitator and trainer. Jan also acted as the Business development manager for Richard Robbins International (RRi) and coached real estate business owners and consultants on a full time basis, before taking up the position with Harcourts Africa.
He holds a BA degree in Sociology and Political Sciences, a Masters Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Estate Agency. Jan has completed Assessor and Moderator qualifications for the real estate NQF 4 qualification. |

John Moyle
Academy Trainer

John joined Harcourts in April 2008 as the South Island Academy
Trainer. With over 16 years teaching secondary school and further
teaching at teachers college John will bring invaluable experience
to his role as Harcourts Academy Trainer. John is also a
multi-award winning sales consultant spending the last six and a
half years with one of Harcourts largest franchises on the South
Island of New Zealand. His knowledge, training and sales
experience will support him in his role where he is responsible to
help new consultants establish their career and up-skill
experienced consultants to improve their business.

Julie Waymouth
Academy Trainer

Julie Waymouth has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Originally an office administrator she qualified as a sales consultant in 1987. Julie has also worked in property management, real estate IT consulting and sales coaching, been the IT Manager and Field Services Manager for REINZ. In 2004 she worked for an opposition group and she was Rookie of the year and then in the next two years went to top 10% in NZ to top 2% in NZ. Before joining Harcourts as Northern Region Academy Trainer she was Senior Trainer for RPNZ. From a real estate family, Julie is passionate about the industry, IT, coaching and training and never misses the opportunity to learn.

Leah Young
Harcourts Academy Trainer

Leah commenced her career in real estate in 1992 as a salesperson
and stayed in the real estate office environment until 2001. After
8 years, Leah decided to move into the corporate side of real
estate and accepted the role as state trainer for Victoria and
Tasmania for an opposition RE company. Her varied experience in the
industry along with ability to develop people in an educational
environment was a natural progression. Base in Melbourne Leah joins
the Harcourts support team as the Academy Trainer for Victoria
where her focus will be helping new consultants establish their
career and up-skilling experienced consultants to improve their
business. Leah will also be involved in recruiting new consultants
plus all other training requirements for Victoria including
property management.

Lorraine March
Academy Trainer

Lorraine March first gained professional qualifications in 1988,
obtaining her Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in
Work place training and assessment before advancing to Sales
Manager of a busy office. With a passion for the careers and
professional development of others, Lorraine joined Brock
Harcourts in 2004 as the State Trainer for the South Australian
Franchise Group.
Lorraine is currently State Trainer for Tasmania since moving there in 2011. |

Megan Tamlin

Megan brings enthusiasm to our already progressive Brock Harcourts Adelaide team. She's a law graduate with a passion for real estate, hard work and challenges. Megan is well known around the eastern suburbs where she has lived and worked for 20 years. She has a particular affinity to Norwood where she previously owned and operated her own business. Megan has a track record of providing quality service and repeat business to her clients. |

Paul Casarotto
Academy Trainer

Paul Casarotto has 18 years property industry experience, having been a residential and commercial sales agent, business owner and sales manager for a leading Sydney agency. In addition he has facilitated numerous auction courses and training seminars for several major franchise groups, leading independent agencies, and the REI NSW. Paul is a practicing Auctioneer and has conducted close to 4,000 property auctions and has also appeared on several national television shows, including ‘Location Location’. Drawing on his huge experience within the real estate industry, Paul provides support and guidance to Business Owners with their business planning and training while also up-skilling new and experienced consultants.

Prue Tucker
Academy Trainer

A licensed salesperson since 1991, Prue joined the Harcourts Group
in 2003 initially as a personal assistant after nearly 13 years as
a Property Manager and in sales support roles for an opposition
real estate company. Prue moved into the role of Sales Consultant
in 2004 where she soon joined the Harcourts Top 50 and celebrated
many listings in Harcourts Queensland's Top 10 Salespeople. In
2007 Prue took up a position as Marketing Manager for her
principal's four sales offices plus sharing the role of Sales
Manager. Now based in Brisbane Prue joins the Harcourts team as The
Academy Trainer for Queensland where her focus will be helping new
consultants establish their career and up-skilling experienced
consultants to improve their business. Prue will also be involved
in running The Future Leaders Programme and Top Performers Sales
and Auction Consultants Clubs plus overseeing all other training
requirements for Queensland.

Wayne Davey
Academy Trainer

Wayne started his career in the electronics and IT industry, his last position being as IT manager for a large international company. Wayne also had the opportunity to contract to IBM at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. In 2001 he took over the family real estate business and developed it into a national award winning team which is now part of the Harcourts Group in South Africa. Wayne and his family migrated to Perth in 2005 and he has been a core lecturer for various RTO’s, delivering real estate qualification courses and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has completed his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Property and holds a current Real Estate Triennial license. He is fervent on ensuring that the training he provides is real time, practical and immediately beneficial to his student’s performance and career.
