A self paced course providing the 24 units from CPP07 (Property Services Training Package) required for application for a Real Estate Agent’s Licence.

Step 1. Complete Harcourts Academy Programmes

Students must attend and complete the following Academy programmes and obtain 15 units of competency required for licensing in Queensland.

• Law, Ethics and Documents (online) - 3 days
• Sales Programme - 6 days
• Property Management Programme - 3 days
• Auction Programme - 1 day

Step 2. Complete Kaplan Professional RPL assessment days

Students must attend and complete the following Kaplan Professional RPL assessment days.

• CPPDSM4004A Conduct auction

Step 3. Complete Kaplan Professional eLearning

Students must complete the Kaplan Professional eLearning to acquire the remaining units of competency as required for licensing in Queensland:

• CPPDSM4049A Implement maintenance plan for managed properties
• CPPDSM4056A Manage conflict and disputes in the property industry
