What programmes are available?

Sales Programme

For new sales consultants, there are six training days in the full Sales Programme;

Online law, ethics and documentation
First 4 days in Harcourts training room
45 days in the field experience
Final 2 days in Harcourts training room

Experienced consultants attend only the final 2 days of in-classroom training as in introduction to Harcourts. Any participants who have completed the sales programme can return at any time during their Harcourts career to refresh the programme at no cost.

Sales programme Cost

The cost of the Sales Programme is $1,690. If you secure a position with a Harcourts office prior to attending the training you receive a $1,000 sponsorship from your office, and the cost to you will be $690. The cost of gaining your sales registration through Harcourts is an additional $50.00 per qualification unit and must be completed in conjunction with the Sales Programme.

Property Management

Harcourts Academy specialist trainers present the Property Management Programme in Academy training centres throughout Australasia. Contact your local Harcourts state office to enquire about a Property Management Programme nearest to you.

Property Management programme Cost

The cost of the Property Management Programme is $1,300. If you secure a position with a Harcourts office prior to attending the training you receive a $1,000 sponsorship from Harcourts, and the cost to you will be $300. The cost of gaining your property management registration through Harcourts is an additional $50.00 per qualification unit and must be completed in conjunction with the Property Management Programme.

Cadetship Programme

The Cadetship Programme offers individuals with high potential the very best start in real estate. Cadets learn to be the best by learning from the best. Upon acceptance, the hand-picked cadets are supervised and supported with one on one coaching and mentoring by a member of Harcourts Exclusive Future Leaders Programme.

Overseen by a Cadetship Programme Coordinator, cadets are introduced to our company culture and 'The Harcourts Way' of achieving success in real estate. Our unique 2 year programme includes such elements as comprehensive sales, business, technology, communication and auction training, and relationship building. This in-depth training and education programme is widely regarded as setting the industry benchmark
